Tortas / Bolios (Spanish Sandwiches)

Buy some Bolios rolls (they look like miniature French loaves).


Slice them open like a hot dog bun.


Put some of the Spanish Cream on the bread.


Heat up some leftover Spanish Turkey and put some of that on it.


Add lettuce, tomato, sliced avocado, whatever.


The Spanish people make a Spanish Turkey and then on the table they have plates of shredded lettuce or cabbage. Sliced tomatoes.


Sliced hard boiled eggs.

Sliced radish.

Diced onion.

Jalapeños.

Chunks of fresh cheese.

Sliced avocados.

Sliced pickled beets.


This is actually what they eat in El Salvador for Christmas.


Easy, cheap. and yummmmmy!
